Hi everyone!
I am currently 5'6 190lbs in my 20's and have just started going to the gym. I am currently at my 2nd week and have been looking around for what to do. I've pretty much cut down on eating 1 or 2 rice meals in a day and just drinking soy milk and a fiber bar for snacks. Just wanted to know where I could get more advice as to if my routine is okay, if i'm eating alright or if I should make changes. One more factor I'm worried about is that I work at night and sleep during the day and I wanna know how my body is processing the food i'm eating, the exercise i'm getting and if i'm doing them at the right time.
I go the gym around 5 to 6 times a week and just alternate chest and triceps day 1, shoulder back biceps day 2. I've read stuff about the push and pull split and the rest days that should be put so I wanna check if what I'm doing is okay too.
I'll fill you guys in as to what I'm doing if I'm in the correct sub but any advice you guys can give would be a lot of help!
