10 down, 20 to go

THIS IS WHY ITS SO IMPORTANT TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS.

It's been a crazy two years for me, and I gained 30 pounds from stress eating in the past year and a half. About 7 months ago I moved to a different city, and decided to adapt better habits and lose 30 pounds.

Now I didn't expect it to happen overnight, but I felt so frustrated when I would lose two pounds, gain one, gain one more, lose three, gain 4, ect. (Especially since my body measurements haven't changed at all either.) I logged it into MyFitnessPal without thinking about it too much. Well on today's weigh in, I got a notification saying I LOST A TOTAL OF 10 POUNDS!! 10 pounds in 7 months might not be much, but it's enough to give me new motivation to keep going!

tl;dr - always keep track of your progress, it will help you see the long game easier!
