Here we go. After five months of maintenance, I’m not going to log my calories anymore

I hit my goal back in April, and I have still been logging my calories pretty faithfully until perhaps two weeks ago. It’s been pretty erratic since then, and I still weigh myself first thing in the morning. I have not gained weight.

I’ve been very afraid to eat intuitively, but so far, I haven’t gained any weight. Recently, I have been working a lot more on my professional side, and I want to free up some headspace and some time. I had originally planned to keep logging my calories until I got pregnant with my next child. I wanted to make sure that I did not gain a ridiculous amount of weight again and to follow the calorie guidelines. But I’m telling myself that when I get pregnant, which I hope is not for another six months, I can start logging again. I exercise about six days a week unless I’m traveling, so I feel like that gives me some wiggle room.

Anyway, wondering if there’s anything I should know.
