Hi losers and maintainers, thanks to everyone who signed up already and welcome to day 2 of October's challenge! How are you all doing today? Is autumn in full swing where you are (for those of you in the northern hemisphere...otherwise how’s spring coming along)? How is it affecting your routine? For me I’m suddenly drinking tea about 5 times a day and struggling a bit more to get outside as it gets colder.
For anyone new who wants to join today, this is a daily post where you can track your goals, keep yourself accountable, get support and have a chat with friendly people at times that are convenient for European time zones. Check in daily, weekly, or whatever works best for you. Anyone and everyone is welcome! Tell us about yourself and your goals and join us already :) And it's all more fun when you comment on each other's posts, so let's encourage each other too!
And on to the accountability part...how's your day going? Let us know how you're getting on with your goals, if you have any questions, need to vent, have a SV or NSV to share, etc. What’s your strategy for meeting your goals today? Are you cooking anything interesting? Noticing any changes in your body or life as you lose weight? And feel free to just have a chat about how your day went! We got this :D
I'll start: I’m feeling good, there’s something very satisfying about completing the tasks on your to-do list and being prepared for things. I’m sure this feeling will last about 2 more days so I’ll try to enjoy it while I can! The first half of today is for more organizing/meal planning/admin stuff. Then I’m headed out to get some winter clothes- I have 3 sweaters and a fleece that fit (all thrifted in the last month) but no long sleeve shirts or anything. A new store opened nearby that’s often recommended for basics over on the femalefashionadvice sub, so I thought I’d try to get some thermal tops. And then I’m catching a movie with a new friend. Have a great day everyone!
