Why is it SO HARD to lose the baby weight?!

Hey everyone,

I had my daughter in January of this year, and gained 30 lbs from the pregnancy. I lost 15 in the last 8 months, I have 15 lbs left to lose. And I CANNOT lose it! I lost 65 lbs right before I got pregnant with her so I know how to do it, and I'm doing ALL of the same diet and exercise habits as before. But I cannot get away from the 160s to save my life. I'm no longer breastfeeding which I know made it hard before, but I don't think it should be an issue now since I'm not lactating. I have hypothyroidism that is treated.

Does anyone have ANY advice or reasons as to why this is so much harder? Thanks in advance, everyone.
