[tip] I made a board to help me visualize my weight loss.

Progress: I started out at 298, and am down to 283. I have been using MyFitnessPal and counting calories to get there. I have a long way to go, but I came up with a way to keep me motivated.

I made a board with Velcro on it to switch out pets to show how much I've lost. It cost about $10 with materials. my board

A cat is 10 pounds, because she's a big cat, and the tiny dog is 5 lbs. I have another dog, which is 20lbs, when I get there.

This just shows me that since I've lost 15 lbs, I've lost a whole cat and tiny dog off of my body!

Other animals work too of course, but it helps me see every day what I've been able to do.
