Those of you who have a regular full-time job, what do you do when you get home from work?

Started at my first full-time job a few weeks ago after graduating from my Master's, and I love it! I'm just trying to figure out how to build myself an after-work routine that:

  1. Helps me stay awake until my actual bed time/be less exhausted at home in general
  2. Helps me not eat everything in sight when I get home
  3. Relieve my very uncomfortable back pain from sitting all day (probably due to a chair with bad support/bad posture)

If anyone would be willing to share with me your after-work schedule or routine, especially if it helps with any of those things, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

In case anyone is curious... F 5'6"/SW: 196/CW:194/GW:125, trying to eat between 1400 - 1600 but having a really hard time due to the snacking/exhaustion. I eat a healthy breakfast and home-packed lunch (IF doesn't work for me), and I do not snack at my desk. Also, I recognize that I have a mindless snacking problem at home, which I am trying to find tactics to curb (any tips are welcome!!). Sleep-wise, I try to get at least 6 hours a night but have been having trouble staying awake when I get home. I have been taking hour-long naps an hour or two after I get home from work, which isn't ideal.

TLDR; What's your routine/schedule when you get home from work? Does it help curb snacking and make you less exhausted?
