The infamous whoosh came.

I've been loitering in this sub on and off for about two years and my weight has been yo-yoing, never dropping below 170lbs. Part of that was that, when it wouldn't drop past that, I would get disheartened and slip into bad habits. This time, I've made an effort to be patient and stick to it a bit better. After drinking a lot of water, putting two apples in my backpack every day instead of eating chocolate and taking long walks when I'm bored instead of eating for entertainment, I'm happy to say that I'm feeling a bit of a result. I still feel a bit gross in photographs but it's nice seeing some difference in the mirror; while my figure hasn't changed a great deal, my face looks slimmer and my smile looks better. I also promised myself a new swimsuit when I got my -10lbs flair so I'm pretty excited about that. Hopefully, it'll keep me going and I can get a -15lbs flair soon!
