Slight injury question

So my CICO plan has been working wonderfully. 6ft and started at 277.3lb on Aug. 15 and today I finally see a four (one of my goals), at 249.6lb (this morning). Yay. This is all from incorporating more exercise and weighing all food. I do not find it hard at all and as I skip breakfast and have a small lunch (~500 calories), I can enjoy a 1000 calorie dinner that includes rice (my Kryptonite)

However, two days ago, when I was doing kitchen work, I hurt my knee. My lower leg stayed in place but my upperleg moved with my body. I have a little bit of pain and slight (very) swelling on the bottom leg part of my knee cap. I have full mobility of my leg and there is no pain in any direction. I am worried because I have been enjoying walking to work and going to the gym but I don't want to risk further injuring my leg. Should I go to doctor? Saturday and Sundays I work out, should I skip it this week and see how it goes? When I sleep and elevate my leg it hurts (maybe out of 10, a 4). Or should I bike (low resistance) and lift weights on machine but not do legs?

Thanks
