I still have work to do, don't take this as my stopping point, but I am very pleased with myself for sticking with something I thought would have been impossible 100 days ago.
Over 50 pounds dropped, Cardio and incorporating resistance training, I can definitely tell a huge difference in where I am starting to tone.
If anyone has any tips or exercise to continue to shrink the amount of fat on my chest that would be awesome. If I flex (which was difficult to do while holding the camera lol) you can see my pecks perk up under the stubborn fat part.
Thank you guys, honestly I mean that. If this place wasn't a pillar of my motivation I don't think I would have made it. You guys rock!
