Thanks to a lot of you I have been trying CICO. I don't technically count my calories, but I am mindful and definitely more aware of what I am eating. It's the small things like replacing processed foods for lunches with an apple and a sandwich, or having eggs and toast for breakfast instead of sugary cereals. cutting down on portion sizes is also a biggie. I used to be able to eat 3 big slices of pizza easily. now I'm down to 2 slices. After just a few weeks, I lost 10 pounds! It just goes to show how you don't have to completely change your lifestyle to loose weight. I still have 70 pounds to go, but to get 10 pounds off already just sounds so amazing. Thanks you for everything you have done and are doing, it really helps!
