Lost 7kg/15lbs in boot camp and now I'm slowly gaining it back.

Hi everyone. I've come across this sub a month ago and admire all the progress you all made, and feel with all the people who come across a problem on the journey.

I'm a 22 y/o soldier as the position of a combat medic; In a word: I'm sitting in a military hospital and wait for patients. When I started boot camp I weighted 101kg/≈223lbs. During boot camp I lost some weight, which gave me a lot of motivation. Even thought i lost most of it because i once gpt sick and they didn't feed me until I told them I was well again. But now I have next to no physical activity and I have no controll over what I eat. I fear that I will gain all this weight back, and can do absolutely nothimg about it. Does anybody have any ideas what I could do? I would be greatfull for any advice you lovely people can give me.

And sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker.
