I have absolutely no idea where to post this, there doesn’t seem to be a sub for beauty/attractiveness while plus-sized. I’ll happily take a road sign pointing toward one.
So I’m at that point where there’s just no helping it. Some plus sized people have nice faces or a thicker but definitely recognizable shape. I’m more of Jabba the Hut in a human suit. What I’ve already attempted with hair/clothing/makeup just hasn’t executed. I’m aware, working on it, accepting of my reality, and don’t try to hide or downplay it. This is simply a challenge that I need to develop a solution for.
That said, I would like to feel I look my very best as I can while I gingerly wade into trying to date again after 20 years, or when I try to make friends, or when I interview for a job. I’m female and pushing 40. Any tips or sites or subs out there for improving your aesthetic while slimming down? Everything I’ve found so far would work well on someone even slightly smaller than I or even marginally better blessed genetically. I’m open to new ideas, guides, tutorials, etc.
