After a disastrous couple of months where I’ve got on and off the MFP wagon a good few times I need to stop and regroup.
I’ve had issues in the past with binge eating. I worked through it and stopped hiding it and i got in control. The past month or so, the shameful bingeing patterns have returned. I finally came clean to my partner and am making plans to get a good programme of exercise in to my week. That I can do.
The bit I will struggle with is the eating. Can anyone talk me through some sort of reward system that’s worked for them, or offer any creative ideas (I’m not an ideas person)? I think I’d like to set my goal as tracking in MFP daily for x number of days in a row - tracking everything including any binges.
What sort of reward? I have kids, I don’t get much time out with my partner and we don’t have a lot of disposable income after childcare, bills, food etc. I’m not a girly girl so shoes / clothes / make up don’t motivate me.
Has anyone got any tips or inspiration? Thank you!
