Intro: Hi ya'll!! Let's all go around the room & say 5 things about ourselves! (Kidding)

Does anyone else panic when they are told to introduce themselves to a group? Just me? Cool!

Anyhoo, hi guys!! I'm new here & wanted to introduce myself. I'm certainly not new to dieting and exercise....and that's why I'm here. A little background: I have always been a little overweight, nothing crazy but just kind of the slightly-heavier-than-average type. Then I went to college and I don't know WTF happened in my last semester but I gained probably 60 lbs. I had never really paid much attention to my size except how my clothes fit so I don't know how much I weighed leading up to that but when I graduated 8 years ago I was around 260 lbs. I resolved to lose weight and did! Lost about 40 lbs then as you do, let it creep back up and was back up to 245. I freaked out, got my ass in gear and was down to 184 by this time last year. Now I am back up to 204 and ready to get it turned back around!!

I'm so tired of this being something I am constantly beating myself up over. I want to nip this in the bud and develop good, healthy habits and relationships with food. So I am here to be around like-minded people, I have been reading this sub for some time for encouragement but now I'm diving in and joining the group.

Stats: F, 5'7", 30y/o, 204lb
