Long story short - I hit my heaviest late last year around 205 lbs. I really started doing something about it this April, and have lost 25 lbs so far. It’s great progress, but it’s nowhere near my final goal of 140.
I’m just so very tired of all the work it takes. I’m tired of constantly counting calories, I’m tired of constantly fitting in a workout, I’m tired of constantly looking at what everyone else is eating and knowing I shouldn’t be eating it.
I try to give myself maintenance days, and give myself a break from the gym every now and then, but I just keep thinking that it will just take me longer to hit my goal.
Sorry for the complaining post, but I’m just hoping someone can give me a little insight.
