I finally ordered the jeans I've wanted for years!

I have a big taste for vintage fashion, but since these pieces are one of a kind i had to wait until I was down to almost my goal weight to get them. I just ordered 3 pairs today!

I found that to successfully lose weight and keep it off I had to work with what my body wants to do. I love big meals so I consume huge quantities of water and raw vegetables at the beginning of a meal so I eat slower for my favorite parts of the meals and feel satisfied after. I also noticed I can marathon successfully but am way too lazy to sprint, so my workouts cater to what I know I can keep up with longterm instead of short periods of really intense diet and workouts like i used to do.

I think overall my success has been due to taking well known hard workouts and extreme diets and watering it down to something i know i can manage, and although it's taken me longer i believe I'll keep off the weight forever.

(I did my best to follow post rules, please let me know if i broke any)
