I fell of the wagon and now I'm starting to stress eat

So let me just say that I am 20lbs down since I started this journey at the beginning of the year. But the problem i have is that I've fallen off the wagon.

At the end of August, my husband and I did our first Tough Mudder. We had a binge day the day after because frankly we didn't eat much the day of and also we were so sunburned that food was comforting. And that has just screwed me over. I'm finding it so hard to get back into my CICO rhythm. Like, I've basically been eating at maintenance, and a little over to be honest. But when I go to start restricting again, I'm just hungry and end up snacking.

On top of that, my college semester started around the same time. This semester I'm taking more classes and more intensive classes as well as transferring to a new workplace that is frankly a wreck. So my stress levels are high. With the combination of work and school, I'm finding it hard to find time to go to the gym. Going to the gym was helping with my stress levels but I just feel like I don't have time so my stress just piles up.

And then only thing that makes me feel better is eating a bunch of sushi, having 4 craft beers or eating a full bag of Flamin hot cheetos.

I don't know what to do. I've gained 3 lbs back and am fluctuating around. I just don't want to gain everything back and I want to keep going I just don't know what to do.

If anyone has advice on stress eating or time management, I would seriously appreciate it
