Hello fellow losers - 35 lbs down and a questions

I am looking at getting a recumbent bike for the house so that the wifey and I can both use it. I have asked the folks I know in the outside world and the response is generally "go to the gym" Honestly, I don't have the time, for that. I leave my house at 6 am and return around 7pm. I figure I can watch TV on the bike or read or whatever

A little background

- I have lost 35lbs since I started keeping track

- I have a bad back and knee issues

- I actually do own a mountain bike, but have issues with my back riding it and finding a place that I won't get creamed

- I am gone 12-14 hours from home a day and would like to spend time where I pay a mortgage

So here are my questions :

  • Recommendations for a recumbent bike (I am currently at 332lbs) Bonus if you actually have the one you recommend!
  • Pros/Cons of recumbent vs reg exercise bike (leaning towards the R because of back and knee issues)
  • Should I just go back to mall walking on Sundays (see issue with the time problem)
  • Any thoughts are insights on this?

Any help/insight/suggestions/criticism would be greatly appreciated

**Ninja Edit** Evidently I can't ask a questions lol, it should be a few question
