From 314 to 200! (Progress pics inside!)

About a year ago I was a junior in highschool, 17 years old and at the highest weight I'd ever been; 314 lbs. That's when I decided I needed to make a change.

So I did. I started exercising and working out. Cut out soda and sweets(for the most part haha) and worked not only on my physical health, but mental as well. For me at least, the mentality I had about my body and losing weight was one of the most important parts in this journey. A lil hard work and a year later I'm over 100 lbs down and just a bit more until my goal!!

I'm the happiest I've been in a long time, but there are days where I forget how far I've come and where I started at. Today is one of those days, so here's to progress!

(Before and After)

Im not sure how to end this post, so I guess I'll just say no matter what weight you started at, how little or how much you have left to go, don't give up! Eventually you're going to look back and thank yourself for having the determination and willpower to keep going
