I've been eating 1200 calories a day for 40 days now, it was no biggie I for me I felt like I had enough energy, I'm seeing results, I lost 4 pounds and my thighs started to slim down BUT the problem now is that I noticed that my energy and motivation levels depleted, I find it hard to do daily tasks, even walking became a chore, I still walk 10,000 steps a day but it's starting to feel like a drag, and worst of all today I failed at completing my workout, I feel so disappointed in myself. Also I feel so deprived and Im craving every single unhealthy food ever, before I started this deficit I used to think that calories are bullshit and ate healthy most of the time and this mentality made me barely crave unhealthy food because I didn't restrict myself at all.
I feel like such a failure for even having this bit of body fat on me, for not being able to continue my workout today, and for eating 1337 calories today I feel so fucking guilty. So should I REALLY increase my calories? or am I just being emotional? I'm so desperate for a fit slim body and im afraid that increasing my calories would interfere with my fat loss.
