European Accountability Challenge- 4th September

Hello All,

I hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday! How is your day fairing? Have you managed to chose wisely and stick to your goals? Were you able to resist temptation? Do you feel that there needs to be more Puppy tax (the answer is Yes) or just general pet tax in todays thread?

For those of you new to here, we are a daily post where we hold ourselves accountable to our goals and check in to share progress. This challenge is posted at a time that is convenient for the EU time zone and everyone is welcomed to share their NSV, SV, moan about their day or rejoice at well they are tackling their goals. All and everyone is welcome!

I read an article posted by u/bwianna yesterday and I felt it so relevant to me that I wanted to highlight it to you here too: https://www.fitnessmagazine.com/recipes/healthy-eating/tips/prevent-pigouts/. It's very much about how changing your mindset makes the difference in your attitude and leads to greater success. I think when lacking motivation which we all know is fleeting, concentrating on routine and mindset really helps. If you do enjoy the article, please do go and give OP of the post an upvote to their post: https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/comments/9cljr1/if_cravings_and_over_eating_corrupt_your_diet/

Whilst I'm at it, and since I've beeen reading about some of you fellow lovely losers having a hard time getting back on track, I'm gonna share some of my saved motivational stuff with ya that has very little to do with dieting but is/has given me perspective on my attempt at becoming a better person- feel free to ignore it all!

Thats it for now my lovely losers. If any of you have anything of interest to share that I should bookmark it would be greatly appreciated! Also, no more zero days reddit post is amazing!

Have a wonderful and productive Tuesday! As always, be excellent to each other!
