European Accountability Challenge - 13th September

Hello everyone,

Happy Thursday! We are nearing the end of the 2nd week of September and so it's a good time to reflect how you are doing in your challenge. If you have let a few too many bad habits occur, now is the time to course correct and get back on track for the next couple of weeks. If you are doing well, congratulations!

With the weekend in sight, will you be partying tonight (Thursdays' the new Friday apparently in London) or laying low to relax and rest? Did you eat something incredible today or found something new on your walk. Did you actually get out of bed and leave the house when you normally stay indoors? Let us know how your day has been and share any NSV and SV with us- we want to hear about your day!

For those who are new, thank you for joining us. This is a daily thread dedicated to helping us all lose or maintain weight by sharing our experiences with like minded people. It's an opportunity to be accountable for your actions and let people with the same goals respond to you as you respond to them. Everyone is welcome and no topic is off the table.
