Newbie to CICO and to this sub! I (f27- 5’8 155 lbs, skinnyfat type of build), have been trying to be healthier and follow a semi relaxed CICO diet plan. I do fine during the week, honestly I feel like I don’t barely even have to try to stay under my calories, but when the weekend comes around I find it very very difficult to impossible to follow my plan. I like to have some drinks, I like to go out to eat and/or cook with family and friends, and I feel like it’s next to impossible to stay within my calorie range without completely changing my social life. I don’t want to be the girl that can’t go out and enjoy herself, or cant eat the food that my friends cook, or had to call it a night at 10 pm because my dinner and 3 drinks have pushed me over my calorie limit. So my question is, anyone follow CICO through the week but take the weekend off, and still see results? Or do I need to “budget” for my weekends by taking even less in during the week? Like I said I’m new to CICO and I’m not sure what tends to work and what doesn’t. Appreciate any feedback! Thank you!!
