I just wanted to celebrate with you guys. Been a lurker for awhile. I'm 40 (F). 169 cm. and weighed 80 kg. Have been seeing my weight slowly creep up over the years. On the 8th of august I signed up for online coaching with monthly weigh-ins and nutrition info.
I completely turned my diet around. Clean eating, no sweets or soda and stuck to it. Exercise at least 3 times a week (cardio) and lately have started taking 2.5-5 km walks in the evenings.
Went for my first weigh- in today, very curious as I have no scale ( blame weight gain on that) and I've lost 5 kg. Am now 74,9 And lost 3,3 % fat...whatever that means. Its more than his goal for me was so happy days.
It's been a long time since I felt good about myself. But today I do a little bit.
Mad motivated now to keep going !!
