30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 11

Hello wonderful people,

It's so damn beautiful outside to. It's criminal to be indoors, alas, I am. Stupid adulting.

Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 315 AGAIN this morning. I'm sore, have swollen ankles & am menstruating so I would get a A+ in water retention STILL. Trend weight 314.8. Rabble.

Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I let myself have extra calories yesterday. Net calories I was likely still in goal because of the HIIT & tbar swings. I'm not really going to give myself a hard time about it so long as it doesn't become a habit. Today, I have about 700 calories left for dinner & hopefully something sweet tonight.

Exercise 5 days a week: Planned rest day. I may have someone check my tbar form but I'm not swinging a full set. 8/11 for the month.

Improve my relationship with food & my body: Stupid body is stupid.

Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I'll handle this on the weekend. 2/4 weeks.

Self-care treat once a week: Still pondering what to do next weekend. Sugar scrub is still awesome. 2/4

I hope you are all having a smooth week & smashing those goals like a cheap pinatas filled with progress! And candy. Because otherwise it's a total rip.
