I hope your Monday was kind. Work is so busy on Mondays blergh. Can't wait to be done & head home to snorgle a kitty & workout.
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 315 this morning. I'm sore, have swollen ankles & am menstruating so I would get a A+ in water retention currently. Trend weight 314.8.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I have 1733 planned for today.
Exercise 5 days a week: I'm going to do some HIIT when I get home & maybe swing the tbar. 8/10 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: I'm super agro about my swollen feet & ankles even though I very likely did it to myself (looking at you walk in the high noon heat when I was dehydrated & sore). Grump face. I'm trying so hard to be nice to my body it's frustrating when something so dumb & cosmetic bothers me so much.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I'll handle this on the weekend. 2/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I sugar scrubbed last night. Not sure what the next week will be. 2/4 weeks.
