So, I've been plateauing for about a month now, coming up to point where I would go crazy about not losing anymore. Just a standstill.
And now I realise..
I'm a type 1 diabetic, and I recently got a new device (Freestyle Libre). It helped me see how much of my diet is basically correcting low BG's.
I am basically taking more insulin than I need!!
So, if I take less insulin, I don't need to correct for lows, and I'll have an easier time staying at a deficit, instead of having to correct lows, and that way eating at maintenance.
I think I might beat it now!! Just as I was getting ready to just give up 20 lbs before my GW..
