I’ve gained about 35lbs this summer and after hitting rock bottom I’ve realized that I need to get my shit together and get back to a normal weight for my body. I’ve gone through stressful times and turned to binging and food but this isn’t serving me anymore and I’m no longer comfortable in my body so I’m ready to change. None of my clothes fit me anymore and I feel disgusted with myself. I’m looking to drop this excess weight quickly but ik I need to do it in a healthy way so that I don’t rebound and gain it all back! I’m 5’7” fairly active female. How low is too low to restrict calories? Any suggestions would be super helpful I’m feeling overwhelmed and want to start but don’t know how!
