So I took a picture today that made me realise how much i'd changed in the last 8 months. I felt like i wasn't making progress as fast as I wanted to, i'd look in the mirror and wasn't able to see any difference at all.
I took a picture today after my workout and then when I got home I compared it to a picture I took when I had just started working out. I started this year at 245lbs @ 34% bodyfat, and i weighed in today at 194 @ 19%.
It's made me realise just how important it is to take progress pictures. If you don't already you definitely should! I can't explain how much it would suck to not have anything to compare myself to.
This has made me realise how far I've come and how far I want to go. I'm aiming to get down to 175lbs, i'd like to have visible abs, so i'm going to cut until i have them and then do a lean bulk to try and build some more muscle.
Here's the pic :)
