2 weeks and feeling discouraged.

Context: 36y male, starting weight 365 pounds. Pre-hypertension, on diuretics for it. Recommended daily calorie limit ~2200. Average is ~1450. I figure I was eating around 3700 per day before I started.

Tracking through MFP. screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/BTxPVEX *note: I weigh myself once per day in the morning, post toilet.

So, I have been going full cico and tracking and measuring everything for just over two weeks. The first few days were great. I am not sure it was water weight given the fact that I am already on diuretics, but I am open to that possibility.

Then I plateaued, even though I was eating well below the recommendation of MFP. I honestly think it comes down to the fact that I haven’t had a whole lot of fecal output. Just... very small, compared to what I take in. I tried a couple days of ex lax, and I had results with weight but not actual output. I still feel bloated all the time (I limit diet sodas to one can per day also, just for the morning caffeine). I stopped the ex lax because people really shouldn’t take it for very long before it causes other problems.

I already drink a lot of water every day, so I added some walking treadmill time. This has not affected my output, as it were.

I am feeling very frustrated and discouraged.
