I've lost 35LBS so far. I want to lose another 20, but the closest I've got is 12LBs away. Struggling and need help.

Hi all, thanks for reading this post.

I started my weightloss journey 3 years ago at 185lbs and lost 35lbs in just over three months by calorie counting and exercise.

I stopped calorie counting around summer 2016 and subsequently gained 20lbs. Throughout 2017 I lost that again and up until April this year my weight was roughly 143lbs. For record I'm 5'5 and I live a sedentary lifestyle, so I had MyFitnessPal set to 1200 calories.

I really want to be 130lbs. Its my ultimate goal weight and without sounding too vain I started to like how I looked at 143lbs. I think I struggle with eating in a deficit constantly which causes me to end up binging. It's really annoying as I seem to be stuck in a cycle of restricting, losing, then gaining. Currently I'm 150lbs. I'm starting to struggle with motivation for the gym as well. I have tried to start plans before and routines but I can never stick to them because my schedule isn't regular. I did have a faint idea that I would completely fix how I eat, lose weight to 130lbs then start a weight lifting routine. I don't know. This post is a bit messy because I don't know how to clarify my situation more...

For those who have began to lose weight to a certain point, how do I lose these last 20lbs?
