Embrace The Suck

When I was in the military, my shipmates and I would always say, "embrace the suck'. Gotta work long hours? Embrace the suck. Got extended on a deployment? Embrace it. I've been re-implementing it into my daily life with regards to my weight loss and working out and its been weirdly helpful. During the parts of my workouts where I'm just exhausted or when I'm out running a 10k and its hot and I'm tired, I just embrace the fact, that yeah, its hard, yeah, you're hurting a bit but remember the end goal. It's what's been keeping me accountable to myself and my workouts. I'm having the longest active streak I've ever had in years and it feels great.
