Hi everyone!
I will go on vacation in two weeks. I‘d like to save up some calories for that. It‘s a three day trip.
When I eat 1.100 cal per day for the Next two weeks, I will save 1.400 cal. So my budget for a vacation day is around 1.650 cal.
Is this a good plan? Is it still healthy to go under 1.200 cal for two weeks?
My stats: F19; 5‘5; 139 lbs
