So today I biked to work and back, moderate pace, about 20 minutes each way. I didn't eat during the day and just had a red bull. After work I made myself a steak and a salad, then went to the gym and did cardio for 45 minutes. My gym is a 20 minute walk away each way.
Now, based off my fitness pal my total calories consumed was 1187, which is fine for the day, maybe a bit less than normal but I will probably have some fruit later on (maybe a cheeky vodka tonic). However, if I factor in the excersie (which I don't usually do when doing my calorie counting) it says I still have to eat 1600 calories to meet my daily limit, and that somehow I've burnt 1300 calories? That can't be right can it? If I don't eat anything else today is that unhealthy?
