I’m not sure where to start, I need to lose weight. I found this subreddit and thought maybe you could help.

I’ve made this account to start my journey.

I was told just over a year ago I needed to shed some kilos by my specialist. I saw him again last month and while I haven’t lost any, I only put 1 kilo on. Does anyone have any tips? I’ll put some info about myself to help. I’m just finding it so hard to get motivated.

I do find it a lot easier to do it with other ppl, like walking with someone else or exercising with someone but I don’t have many friends.

Before I got pregnant I had gotten myself down to 60 ish kilos. Now I’m back up to 80.

Also wondering if you think personal trainers are worth it? Looking at 1 session for $60 2 for $100 3 for $120

About me 33 years old. 5 foot. 80kilos. Have PCOS and Insulin Resistance.
On 1500 mg of metformin a night. Am a single mum to a 2 yr old. Hate exercising. I get puffed very easily. Drink a coke a day finding it hard to stop that habit. Eat chips a lot also finding it hard to stop, by a lot I mean maybe half a packet a day. Dinner is normally steak and veges.
