I don't know if this is the right place but I'm so ecstatic that I had to share. I started at 76.5 kilos 2 months ago and i weighed in today at 70.5kg.
I'm 168cm tall and I've simply been playing basketball once a week, training for bball once a week and loosely counting my calories. What's amazing is how easy I've found it to lose weight. I feel so much better about myself and my goal is 66kg, so I'm half way there! That's all, thanks for listening! I just had to share this because I'm super pumped!
