Exercise doesn’t feel like exercise when you’re having fun

I’m currently doing calories in, calories out with MyFitnessPal (although looking for an app with a better user experience). Additionally I’m using Nokia health for weigh-ins and body fat % using their smart scale; wahoo fitness for their heart rate monitor and calories burnt during “work outs”; Strava helps me push hard on the bike; Apple Watch for step tracking and daily exercise goals; and Apple Health to tie it all together.

My tip for anybody who doesn’t enjoy the gym or exercising in general is to try and find a sport that you enjoy. For me, this is mountain biking - the calories burnt (~2,500 over 4 hours yesterday) is just an excellent side effect of being out on the bike.
