I got myself a MyFitnessPal app and started logging all my food intake. The app suggested that my goal calories from now on is 1480 cal.
For the first few days, I was completely over my calories intake.
However, today I reached 1210 cal by watching what I ate and remembering to log my food intake asap.
Feels good to do this again :)
