Hey guys! I just wanted to show what difference just a little bit of effort and willpower can make! I have been going to the gym a few days a week, drinking more water and controlling my eating habits more. In the left side of the photo attached I was probably a little heavier than when I first weighed in at the gym this February at 215 pounds. The second photo was taken today wearing the same shirt and 2 sizes smaller pants after weighing in at 172! Almost 50 pounds away from my recorded start weight. Still have a long way to go before I get exactly where I want to be, but my message to all is to push through getting started and just never give up!
