Currently on TRT with defy
I’ve been told that I need ACDF surgery (removal of a herniated disk in my neck) that requires a bone graft fusion.
My understanding is that TRT can increase bone density/mass but how will it effect the bone fusion/healing process ?
Any additional tips or supplements I can take to help speed up the recovery time of the bones fusing together?
