I started trying to loose weight about three days ago after realising I didn't fit in some of my favourite clothes anymore. I think I only need to drop about 25-35 lb, but want to do this as quickly as possible as I now find going shopping with my shopping buddy very embarassing, and I have a holiday coming up at the end of august and want to be able to go swimming without embarrassment.
I've never tried to loose weight before, nor am I very active due to ongoing health issues such as asthma, high blood pressure and depression (the medication makes me very sleepy).
Any tips on how to achieve this?
